Resolving Account Access Issues

Locked out of your Pluxia account? Don’t panic - Plu’s got your back! Whether you’ve forgotten your password, lost your username, or are stuck in a two-factor authentication (2FA) loop, here’s how to get back in.


Forgot Your Password?

No worries! Reset it in a few steps:

  1. Go to app.pluxia.ai or enter the app on your phone. 

  2. On the login page, click Forgot password? 

  3. Enter the email address you registered with (We’ll send you a password reset link to that email address).

  4. Check your inbox for an email from Pluxia (it might be hiding in spam).

  5. Click the Reset Password link in the email.

  6. Set a new password, and confirm it..

  7. Log in with your new password, and you're back in!

Trouble receiving the reset email?

  • Double-check you entered the right email.

  • Wait a few minutes (emails can be fashionably late).

  • Still no luck? Contact support at support.pluxia.ai.


Forgot Your Username?

Your username is permanent, but just in case you've forgotten it:

  1. Try logging in with your email address instead.

  2. If that doesn’t work, check your welcome email from when you first signed up.

  3. Still stuck? Reach out to us at support.pluxia.ai, and we’ll help you track it down.


Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Issues? 

Oh, no! This can look terrifying! No worries - if 2FA is blocking your way:

Lost access to your 2FA device or app?

  1. Try using a backup code (you saved those, right?).

  2. If you don’t have backup codes, check if there’s a Sign in another way link.

  3. No luck? Contact our support team at support.pluxia.ai for account recovery. Ideally, upload any payment numbers or e-mail screenshots you can find to help us.

Not receiving the 2FA code?

  • Make sure your phone has a signal and Internet connection (if using SMS).

  • Make sure you haven't turned on the Do not disturb feature.

  • Check your spam folder (if using email).

  • If using an authentication app, make sure it’s synced correctly.

  • No luck? Contact our support team at support.pluxia.ai for account recovery.


Locked Out of Your Account?

If you’ve been locked out for security reasons or too many failed login attempts:

  1. Wait a few minutes and try again.

  2. Check our discord channel (add links) or X for status updates of the server, e.g. offline due to maintenance mode.

  3. Try resetting your email and password

Password change:

  1. Go to Settings (PC users - click on your avatar in the top right corner / Phone users - Open the side navigation panel) 

  2. Go to Settings and Privacy.

  3. Click Account (if you’re on your PC) or Tap Profile (if you’re on your phone).

  4. Go to Change Password (before changing your password, you’ll need to confirm your identity. Don’t worry, it’s easy - we’ll just send you a 6-digit code to the email address you made your account with).

  5. Enter your current password, then your new one (make it strong!).

  6. Confirm the change and you’re good to go.

Email change:

  1. Go to Settings (PC users - click on your avatar in the top right corner / Phone users - Open the side navigation panel) 

  2. Go to Settings and Privacy.

  3. Click Account (if you’re on your PC) or Tap Profile (if you’re on your phone).

  4. Go to Change email address (before changing your email, you’ll need to confirm your identity. Don’t worry, it’s easy - we’ll just send you a 6-digit code to the email address you made your account with).

  5. Enter a new email address (remember - it has to be a fresh one you haven’t used on Pluxia so far).

  6. We’ll send you a 6-digit code to the new email address.

  7. Enter the code and confirm the change.
