Billing and Payment Information

Plu loves keeping things simple - especially when it comes to payments. Whether you're wondering how to pay, when you'll be billed, or how to access your billing history, here’s everything you need to know about the Pluxia billing.


Accepted Payment Methods

Pluxia supports multiple payment options, so you can choose what works best for you:

Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
PayPal (for fast and secure payments)
In-App Purchases (via Apple App Store & Google Play)

Important Notes:

  • We securely store your payment method and you can update it anytime in the app settings.

  • If you subscribed through a third-party (App Store, Google Play), they handle the billing - you’ll need to manage payments through their platform.


Billing Cycles & Auto-Renewal

How Billing Works:

  • You can choose between monthly or yearly subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed on the same day each billing cycle (e.g., if you subscribe on the 10th, you’ll be charged again on the 10th of the next month/year).

  • Subscriptions auto-renew by default to avoid interruptions. But if you want to change that, here’s how:


Viewing & Downloading Your Billing History

Need a receipt or want to check past payments? No worries, Plu has got your back. Here’s how to find it:

  1. Log in to app.pluxia.ai or open the app on your phone.

  2. Go to Settings (PC users - click on your avatar in the top right corner / Phone users - Open the side navigation panel) 

  3. Go to Settings and Privacy and then Subscription.

  4. Click/tap on Billing history.

  5. Click on any invoice to view details.

  6. Select Download PDF to save your receipt. 


What Happens if a Payment Fails?

If your renewal payment doesn’t go through by any chance:

  • You’ll receive an email notification.

  • Pluxia will retry the payment a few times over the next few days.

  • If payment still fails, your subscription will pause until the issue is resolved.

To Update Your Payment Method:

  1. On your phone - open the side menu in the Pluxia app. On your PC, click your avatar in the top right corner.

  2. Go to Settings and Privacy.

  3. Click/tap on Subscription.

  4. Add new/edit your current card details, add/edit your Paypal information.

  5. Confirm and save the changes.
